RTSP server supported?

Does the VLC streaming server can be used as RTSP streaming server as well? By this i mean can we use this type of address:
“rtsp://” address [“:” port ] [ “/” type]

Did you take a look into the http://www.videolan.org/doc/streaming-h ... to-en.html . Maybe you have to relay the stream from vlc with DSS.
