Vlc 4 beta: Cant rewind/fast forward video with left/right arrow keys

Does anyone know if this feature hasn't been implemented yet, or is it just not working for me?
I’m curious if there’s a way to restore it. I’m referring to the ability to use the left and right arrow keys to fast forward or rewind the video by 10 seconds.
