File already exist

I am new to VLC. I am trying to convert my file to MP4 No matter what I do, I keep getting an error message file already exist. I followed all the directions and turned off looping at the bottom left, it is completely greyed out. Why I still cannot convert when loop is off?

Thank you, I went to that link The loop is deselected and I still cannot get pass that.

VLC tells you that the file already exists because it literally does. It should be obvious but pick another file name for output.
