Dual Subtitles?

Postby justsomeguy224 » 20 May 2024 21:30

Hello, I am using VLC to watch a french TV show for my french class, I would like to have the french and english subtitles on the screen so I can understand what's being said better, is there anyway to do this? Thank you.

AFAIK it's not possible with VLC.

It should be possible with VLC 4, but that's restricted to plain text subtitles. Most subtitles have explicit placement, which results in illegible overlap if you enable more than one.
