Stream conversion output freezes after 6 seconds

Hello,
I'm trying to convert an ISM/SmoothStreamingMedia stream into an mp4 file. Streaming works great, and the preview does too, but the output file freezes after 6 seconds. I've tried all the options like switching "Keep original video track" on and off. I could just screen capture the output, but then it wouldn't sync up with the subtitles correctly.

Please open Tools -> Messages (set Verbosity to 2) before you start the conversion, and then paste the full resulting log here or on Pastebin.com or on Justpaste.it if it's too long.
