Changing frame rate in VLC?

Hi everybody, I am a new user.
Got VLC android on my internet box and I 've connected this box to my video projector.
When I use VLC on my tv, the movie is ok, but when I use vlc with the video projector, the video seems to make a short break every second, and it alters the fluidity of the video.

I don't know why.
Could you please help me?

Is it a frame problem?
How could I change this?
