Duplicate popup on track change

This issue says Linux, but the problem also happens with VLC 3.0.20 on Windows 11.

When I tried to login to post in the issue report, I was greeted with the notification: "Your account is pending approval from your GitLab administrator and hence blocked. Please contact your GitLab administrator if you think this is an error. ", so have to post here.
