Casting VLC to chromecast result in black screen with only the title of the file displayed on tv

Hello,
I have same issue with black screen on TV with file title. Here's the debug log from Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.

Chromecast 4K, external
Firewall settings: VLC media player "Private" is checked.
movie type: mkv

There was an error of "Casting requires conversion and can drain battery." (I pressed Yes).
