VLC keeps trying to open a subtitle file I don't want.

For questions and discussion that is NOT (I repeat NOT) specific to a certain Operating System.

VLC keeps trying to open a subtitle file I don't want.

It's always this one, specific .srt file even though it has different title than the video played, and placed on a very different folder.

The errors are:
Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'file:///C:/Users/Lenovo/Downloads/%5BEnglish%5D%20%5BTouhou%20Vocal%5D%20%5BButa-Otome%5D%20Utakata%20%28spanish%20%26%20english%20subtitles%29%20%5BDownSub.com%5D.srt'. Check the log for details.

I think I press something back then, but after googling and tampering for weeks I still don't know what exactly.

Assuming that you did not explicitly select a sub in the command line or in the open dialog, then this must come from your VLC preferences, or the playlist file that you have opened.

Okay, Resetting my Preferences seems to work. Thank you very much.
