converts but only audio shows up when I open in adobe premiere

I have saved a file from my dash cam video and it says it is an MP4 file, and VLC player plays both video and audio......when I try to import that file into adobe premiere to edit and save for a review, it only shows the audio and no video......is there a way to get the video also into premiere since it does play on the VLC player?????

I just figured it out after I did a run on my treadmill and was able to think about it.......
