Rotating video

Postby vidplayer » 14 Oct 2012 13:16

When I rotate video it then cuts off the top and bottom of the video in the viewing window as the video is too tall vertically. How do I resolve this? Maximising the entire viewing window does not help. Is there any way to change the size of the borders in the viewing area? Changing the aspect ratio does not help either. Thanks

Use transform instead of rotate.

transform filter rotates video by 90,180,270 angles only right? Any way to use this filter to rotate any desired angles?

Also, --video-filter=rotate cuts off the video edges.
Looking for suggestion to rotate video to any angle and show full frame, without trimming/cutting edges.
Thanks.
