Audio Sychronization during conversion

Hi All
The UI has some great features for synchronisation of audio and subtitles while playing a video
I want to save the video with this synchronisation in place (to avoid having to to it each time I watch the video)
But I cant find any synchronisation facilities while converting?
There are various references to "audio-sync option" but I cant find such an option; other references that say this was deprecated from v 2.2.0

So how do I access the resync options during conversion?
