Multiple STEP FORWARDS?

Is there a way to have MULTIPLE "step forward" and "step backward" custom controls in the panel where each one has a different length?
I figured out how to set the 4 different JUMP sizes in the HOTKEY settings, but there doesn't seem to be a way to get all 4 of them on the control screen at once. If I add 2 STEP FORWARD buttons both get set to the SHORT JUMP LENGTH in the hotkey settings.
I can't use hotkeys because i usually watch using only a mouse and no keyboard.
