playtime display error at ".ts" file during streaming

i made streaming server using http
and operate during 4 year not have problem

recently knew. ".ts" file display total playtime just 00:00

i find 5 year ago same question

and this problem still to occur

everyone can 100% reproduce

1. run vlc (windows, android, all same)
2. open network stream and input url : https://www.dropbox.com/s/7p5s5bmzbg88s5b/13_1.ts?dl=1
3. see the playtime
4. cant't use seekbar

"potplayer" is normally working....
can i solve this problem?
