It looks like Google's YouTube throttling is starting-up again.
Is anyone else having this problem?
When I watch this video through VLC, It's the same as before the fix.

The problem just flared-up again.
It doesn't seem to effect all videos equally, the first video I linked below plays a little better than others, but it's little more a screen recording of some websites. The Second video is just impossible to watch.

Strange, videos are playing fine again but I haven't replaced the file yet.
