VIDEO STREAM: V_QUICKTIME not recognized.

Hi guys,

I have the latest version 3.0.12 but I got this error when trying to play a file *.mkv with this strange codec: V_QUICKTIME

Codec not supported:
VLC could not decode the format " " (No description for this codec)

I've searched the internet but so far couldn't find a way to solve this.
Can someone please help?

What is your OS ?

Please open Tools -> Messages (set Verbosity to 2) before you start the playback, and then paste the full resulting log here or on Pastebin.com if it's too long.
