Troubles with VLC

Hello everyone, first time here....

I have a personal router that I’m using has 5g and 2.5g? I think

I’ve downloaded VLC and I’m trying to upload files to share them with my coworkers but at times I am unable. I am able to upload them but if my friends uploads to VLC and I go to click on it using the app the download will fail I was wondering what I’m doing wrong

Upload files ? Upload to VLC ? VLC is not a file manager neither a browser.
What are you trying to do ?
