Wrong folder selected - how do I get rid of it

Postby Bowgirl » 14 Dec 2020 23:28

Novice question, and maybe I'm just not phrasing the request properly in the Forum and Google search engines, but everything is coming up blank and referring to uninstalling VLC ("remove files") which is not what I want.

VLC Media Player 3.0.8 installed - easy peasy.
"My Computer" > "My Music" ... I selected the wrong folder which contains myriad sub-folders that I DO NOT want mixed with my music. I should have selected the correct/desired sub-folders.
So now I'm trying to remove the folder from referring to this incorrect folder/sub-folders ... and I can find "Add Folder"; "Add File"; all that's great but where is the "Remove" button? How do I make it point to different folder(s)?

Bowing to your greater wisdom, in appreciation

Well, this is either so obvious, that the masses are too busy laughing to respond;
Or it's so obscure that no one has ever encountered it before
Or it's so hard to fix that writing out the instructions is incredibly time-consuming.

I'm going with laughter :lol:
