SMB issue driving me mad

Hi everybody

I have joined the forum to see if anybody can stop me pulling my hair out (I don't have much left to spare)

This is what is driving me crazy

3 x Windows 10 PCs with SMB shares
Variety of Androids and IOS devices running VLC

All software up to date, build 19042, on all PCs
All VLC up to date on androids and IOS

Now the weirdness

VLC on all devices can access all shares on PCs 1 and 2 but not on PC 3

X-plore and FE File explorer on Androids can access all shares on all 3 PCs
FE File explorer on IOS can access all shares on all 3 PCs

????

I am pretty sure that the third PC shares were accessible to VLC before latest W10 update to all PCs

All suggestions appreciated
