Record Desktop and Audio

Hi,

how can I record desktop and audio?

I tried Media -> Open Capture Device ->Desktop with Convert and save to a destination file.

This method is missing audio, the microphone is on, but how can I include it to the record ?

You could record audio separately in another instance of VLC (one VLC records desktop, another VLC records microphone). Try to record your microphone audio only. Then you have to mux separate video and audio tracks into one file.
