Recording what i play in VLC speed and subtiles included (Learnig pourposes)

Hello VLC Team
I want to be able to record the video I'm playing on VLC with the subtitles and at 70% speed ¿Is there a way to do that?
I hope I've posted my request in the right place

Recording does not have a "speed". You set the speed when you play.
