Video Playback in Extended Monitor Config

In a dual monitor extended view configuration, is there a way to have a playback control window (play, pause etc.) on one monitor and video playback fullscreen on the other monitor? Can timecode also be displayed with playback control?
Looking to play video with minimal keystrokes being shown on second monitor, but want to be able to have full control and view timecode simultaneously. Thanks!
