corrupted video repair trouble

my friends and I do a podcast. one of the episodes got corrupted and i'm trying to recover the audio only. I tried with both VLC and Stellar video repair with no such luck. VLC creates an empty mp3 file and stellar creates a blue video with hella chopped up audio.
I turned on verbosity 2 in the options and it spit out a bunch of text i can't make heads are tails of. I was hoping some angel expert here on the forums could help me out with a direction to go in? anyways here is the text:
