How to specify flags to ffmpeg

Hello,
I have a problem with my stream which cannot be played in VLC. The stream has no I-frames, the picture is continuously updated incrementally (this is the case for some of DJI drones video streams). The stream can be played well by ffplay if specifying "-flags2 +showall" command line options. Is it possible to specify this flag to ffmpeg via some VLC (advanced) options?
