Create playlist
How do I do this. I've looked online and found that I'm supposed to go to tools and select playlist. The problem is there isn't this option in tools. Any suggestions would be helpful. I'm using VLC on Windows 10. Thanks

Or menu Media -> Save Playlist to File
Or menu Media -> Save Playlist to File
