VLC when can't find playlist goes crazy

When you accidentally open a playlist and VLC can't find files or a file isn't mounted and you open from recent and loop all or any kind of repeat is active, VLC goes nuts and you can't close or stop it until you end process/task, to make matter worse there is a popup that shows errors and you can't close that too, this been issue for past century is there any setting to tell VLC chill when you can't find files and loop button is active from previous sessions !?

This gif is slowed , it goes more wild with a popup error log ( you can't close that too )
