No sound while saving RSTP into file

Hi, I have a steam which I want to save to a file, I use vlc 3.0.1 and also checked on nightybuild 4.0.0 .
I'm using the GUI streaming option ( I don't want to convert or save in any mux, even I prefer MP4 / TS ) but it seem like I can't have the Audio AND the Video together, I only ended up get Audio OR Video in the file.
Also the weird thing is that when I watch the video there is no problem watching the stream with audio.
I don't post the logs because the stream look fine, it shows it has both audio and video the only different is that the order of the stream in the original is:

And the decoded on is:

In other words, why this simplest `:sout=#file{mux=mp4,dst=a,no-overwrite} :no-sout-all :sout-keep` doesn't work include the sound?

Any guidance on how to debug will welcome.

Or should I open bug report?
I need to add that when I try to Mux as TS ( as I did in version 2.6 , it stuck on the first second and create a file size 3GB and more and crash the computer ).
Any inslights?

Maybe I'm replay a little in late but I was check the nighty few months ago, but I did it today and EVERYTHING seem to work just fine.
