VLC Version 3.0.3 Command Line Interface Initialized ???

Postby albrechtas » 23 Jun 2018 13:34

My version of VLC player just updated to the new version of 3.0.3 and now the command line interface keeps popping up with the player. I'm a novice-mid level computer user and don't know or understand command line. How do I shut this feature off so I can just use the player and not have to see the command line interface.

HELP??? it's quite annoying to say the least... I don't think this feature should ever turn on by itself there are too many of us out there using your product who don't know or understand "command line"... sigh and I'm one of them.!

Thanks, that worked. Guess I had something set which was conflicting... will have to make sure i'm more careful with the preferences. Appreciate the help.
