Since v3 screen does not update when in pause

I noticed that, since version 3, the screen does not update anymore when:

1. using the remote control interface -I rc

and

2. the video is paused

and

3. you send the seek command via the rc interface

Is there a reason for it or is it a bug or is there a setting that can provide this feature?

With version 2 it works fine and I need this feauture for my application.

Please try 3.0.3, I believe we fixed that.

I just tried 3.03 from nightlies: https://nightlies.videolan.org/build/wi ... -win64.exe
and the the problem is still present.
