how to play nsv with vlc `?

i copied the link from winamp und tried to open it with vlc
but it didnt work
http://61.74.71.107:11900/;stream.nsv
i am behind a firewall maybe thats the problem
any advice ?

Hello,

Only the very last version of VLC (0.7.1, out since yesterday) supports NSV.

If you already have it, you might have to check whether you are allowed to access port 11900. (I had no problem hearing this stream)

It doesn't work because VLC don't have VP6 decoder.
