VLC Convert MKV to MP4 with subtitles

I wanna convert MKV to mp4 to use in adobe premiere i was able to do it easy with VLC but i lose the substitles everytime, i wanna keep the subs, i tryed enable subs in many diferent ways and nothing works

subtitles are not supported, yet
:!: If you want your problem to be solved :
* First read troubleshooting guide VSG:Main
* Always provide verbose LOGS ! (command line or from gui)
* Always check your issue against a developer build from Nightly Build of VLC
* Tell us when your problem is solved !
