vlc refuses to go past 300 (volume) even after editing "vlcrc" file?

in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\vlc

want vlc to go past 300 volume, as ive seen some tutorials, and somehow they work, but that's probably because they were older version of VLC, anyway , even when editing the vlcrc file, but it still doesnt work, like it resets itself when i launch vlc, its really annoying, and i just figure out that it resets itself. here are the links to the screenshots that were taken, thanks guy i know i have speaker that i can turn up the volume for them so it can be way louder, but i just like to use the mouse, thanks guys again

also if i get in trouble for "Hyperlinking" just note that i never knew what that meanns so if i do, sorry
