Scene captures (recording a series of image captures from video)

Postby edwardm56 » 25 Aug 2017 15:00

Hi all,

I had a quick question- within the scene capture capability (which is great), is there anyway to enforce a filenaming convention that will use sequential numbers regardless of which frame is actually exported as an image file?

example:

today if I sample a video with a sample of every 10 frames, it will record a filename00001.jpeg; filename00011.jpeg ... etc

I was hoping I could tick a switch to force the same effort to record filename00001.jpeg; filename00002.jpeg ... etc

Thank you in advance!

Yes, You need to Enable Sequential numbering. Open VLC Media player and Press Ctrl + P and click on the Video option. After that, Enable Sequential numbering.
