Periodic white pixelation of video

I dont understand. This issue was adressed dozens of times. It happens on every OS, every video format, to totally random people and for several years at least. No known fix yet and no response about the issue either.
Thread examples: 1, 2, 3, 4 and many more. My personal expirience: 2 PCs, 3 OSs, at least 5 years of use. I see no point in adding technical info about my case, there is enough of it from other cases on this forum alone. Just trying to adress the issue again.

Dont get me wrong. I love VLC, I use it since forever and I love it for customization possibilities. But this bug is SO frustrating. I mostly play films as background when I work or play so I dont mind it, but when it comes to cozy first-time fullscreen filmwatching... Just gonna start using another player until this thing is fixed, if ever.
