vlc drops youtube file before end - gnutls error

Postby geostein8888 » 23 Apr 2017 08:39

Hello,
while playing the following url https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FiO206ne68A, it starts playing the video but drops the file around 30secs before the end. Here the log of the vlc player:

Code: Select all

I tried one time while using the streamurl from youtube and second time with the page url I inserted on top of the message

so perhaps somebody has an idea, this happens with a lot of files from youtube right now

I've been having the same problem. I thought it was just my internet.

Well, yeah, downloading the files or playing local files work fine, but that takes up hard drive space. I love streaming directly through VLC, but now it's become annoying.
