TVRage meta fetcher

Some users report that the TVRage meta fetcher returns HTTP 522 error and the timeout disturbs some of the extensions, for example VLSub. TVRage service doesn't even exist anymore, so is there any reason to keep this meta fetcher in VLC? Thanks.

Removed in VLC 3.0.
