VLC auto starts playing file on computer start up. Cant find the file

This has me baffled.
VLC 2.2.4
Win 7 Pro
When I start my laptop, VLC auto starts playing a video file. The thing is, is VLC isn't in my startup nor can I find the video using search.
I'm not that techy so I'm at a loss. Moderately annoying.
Any help is appreciated.
