VLC media sreaming problem

Hi All,

I'm a new TVS engineer, it arrives tomorrow hopefully.
I will be using Crown Audio CDi 4000 - Solid-State 2-Channel Amplifierit for AV/ jobs at events.
We need to stream live event over IP output with QAM modulator via IP to VLC player, I use h.264 encoding (mpeg4) (1080p@60 resolution) and QAM 256 modulation.
If I set higher resolution, framerate drops and screen goes black with VLC streaming over IP why? Did anyone have similar experience with
