Trying to disable touch screen controls

Postby Deathglass » 07 Jul 2015 18:47

So I don't have "mouse gestures control interface" checked, but moving up and down on the touch screen changes the volume, and moving left to right skips forward and backward. How do I disable this?

Yea I would love a way to disable touch screen controls in VLC too for Windows atleast.

Reason being any and all touch screen enabled computers (laptops) will have smudges/fingerprints on their screens.
while watching videos these smudges usually show up more clearly and us end users try to clean the screen resulting in skipping the movie forward or backwards or changing the volume.

Since most touch screen laptops also have a keyboard which is more than enough to control VLC with then I would gladly be without the touch control just to be able to clean my screen during playback.
This may sound trivial but I guess this is "issue" more common that it may seem.
