Subtitle Timing Problem/Question

Postby Rager » 27 Nov 2005 19:02

Should there be a minimum time between subtitles for them to display?

I was using 0.7 and if there was less than 1 second between subtitles, the 2nd subtitle didn't display.

Hello,

Did you try upgrading to the latest version ? (0.8.4)
Some things have changed in subtitles handling

'fraid it's a 9MB download and I'm on dial-up access, so it would take rather a long time.

I have just tried BS Player and the subs appear without any problems, so for the moment, I'll use this.

Thanks for the help on the forum, hopefully the apparent subs problems with VLC will be resolved.
