Convert mkv to MP4 Audio off

When i convert mkv file to mp4 the audio is ahead of the video, video is slow. Even when matching the audio speed with the original file, it doesn't work.

If i try to change settings to mpeg 4 audio, then it bugs out and it wont convert.

It has to convert to one of these file types
MPEG-4 SP (AAC LC)
- H.264/MPEG-4 AVC High Profile (AAC LC)
- MPEG-2 TS(H.264/MPEG-4 AVC, AAC LC)
MP4 file format
- H.264/MPEG-4 AVC High Profile (AAC LC)
MPEG-1 (MPEG Audio Layer 2)
MPEG-2 PS (MPEG2 Audio Layer 2, AAC LC, AC3(Dolby Digital), LPCM)
MPEG-2 TS(MPEG2 Audio Layer 2, AC3(Dolby Digital), AAC LC)
MPEG-2 TS(H.264/MPEG-4 AVC, AAC LC)
AVI
- Motion JPEG (Linear PCM)
- Motion JPEG (μ-Law)
AVCHD (.m2ts / .mts)
DivX
WMV
- VC-1(WMA Standard V2)

Ive tried everything...and its either audio works no video, there's video but audio is to fast or once i got both to work..file wouldnt play on ps3...help please. What do i do.

I don't have an answer -- I have a similar but different problem.

Trying to convert mkv to Video H.264 + MP3 (MP4)

I have no audio at all.
