Convert/Save An Entire Folder

I have some music in wav format and want to convert it to mp3. I'm curious if there is a way to convert an entire album (folder) at once ? I have no problem converting a single file but, can't figure out how to do an entire album (folder).

Hi, not meaning to sound like an idiot, but is there a button i can press in VLC when converting to batch the file names, i dont really want to put in the effort to copy and paste 50 codes into .cmd that may not work, or worse, screw with my computer. just a nice simple way to do it would be nice
