VLC delay before playing movie on Network drive

Hi, I have a share folder on Ubuntu 15.10 with some movies.

From another computer I have Windows 10 and I try to play those files with VLC.
If the file size is small, it plays just fine, but if it's bigger than 1.5 Gb VLC just stay with black screen for some minutes, after that will start to play normal and smooth, even jump on another time stamp.

When VLC waits it is no network traffic going on, I don't know why it waits, but I saw that it depends on the file size.

Any ideas ?
