There is not such option ?
i would like to have it.. expecially to fix the trouble of watching a video in my pc done by someone with the cell phone.
Turn the video of 90° degrees (ahead or back)

Tools -> Effects and filters (or Ctrl+E) -> Video effects -> Geometry
