28 second run-off
28 second run-off
When ever I playback a video that I have recorded on my VLC, I get a 28 second run off before the video begins to play. I have looked through every part of the program to find out why I get this 28 second run off, but I have not been able to find the answer to the problem. Does anyone have any ideas?

Reset and reinstall.
