How to play jpeg-2000 (jpg2k) over udp-stream?

I searched in vlc full help and http://wiki.videolan.org/Media_resource_locator for MRL (media resource locator) format how to play jpeg-2000 stream (jp2 format) over udp but i was unable to find any information.
When i dump the stream to a file vlc plays the jp2 file in wrong frame rate.

I have successfully tried vlc with h.264 udp stream format.
vlc udp/h264://@:9000 --h264-fps=30

You can't. Raw UDP is meant for MPEG-TS only.

So how can you stream some JP2 source , do you need to convert it to some other format ? Is there some converted stream format that can also be played by VLC ?
