VLC streches 4:3 to widescreen

Hello. Videos I recorded with my dvd recorder panasonic dmr-e95h get streched ONLY by VLC. No problem with standalone dvd players, no problem with media player classic, no problem with power dvd. Any suggestions?

OK! File is an nero image, you can open it with daemon tools (was not able to make an iso sry)
