Anyone else have this issue? I just bought a new laptop and downloaded the latest version of VLC, and every time I play anything, the first half-second or so gets cut off. Extremely annoying and I've been using Media Player Classic instead now until this gets fixed (I still prefer VLC otherwise). This happens in audio or video.
Are there any fixes for this?
