Hello,
I have been using vlc 2.0.x for a little while now and it has nearly all the features I need to be able to complete my task.
The only thing I can't find is a way to play back a video at my desired frame rate, in this case 1 frame per second. The --rate option allows me slow down the play back, but this still won't give me 1 fps.
Just to be clear unlike other posts about 1 fps, this isn't a video created at 1 fps, I just want to be able to play it back at this speed. Is it even possible to do what I want with vlc?
I guess what I am looking for is something that does what the frame command does when running rvlc (lua interface).
