VLC Web Plugin not working.

So this is my second try to get this plugin to work(it's ether VLC or DivX, and I don't like DivX).

The video plays but it is lagging, so it need to buffer a few sec before playing, but it refuse to buffer. Here is whats wrong.

1. I cannot pause the video to let it buffer or have it paused more then 10-15 sec, because then it delete the buffer and refuse to play or restart the video.
2. I cannot move bar to go forward or backwards (skip part of the video), because then it delete the buffer and refuse to play or restart the video.

I tried both the default settings and with a "guide" to get it to work, like increase the buffer size and other stuff. I got the latest version and run it in Firefox latest version(and on Win7x64). And I have tried with different sites(Youtube, and other).

I've heard that people said that it should work(that's why I'm trying again), but I can't get it to work.
